The Support Source team are great to work with. They try their darndest to assist with all IT solutions and will offer alternative solutions as well. IT is a hard industry because folks will look to IT only when there are problems, and by that point there is already frustration amongst employees and i think they do a great job in trying to descolate situations / issues for folks and work as fast as they can to solve issues. They do try to make themselves available to our team when needed which is great. As a small size firm, The Support Source has been great to partner with.
